Last night at the Miss Deaf America Finals, Katherine was crowned 1st Runner-up. Texas is so proud of her. She worked hard this past year as well as this past week.
Katherine, we are so proud of all the hard work you have done. You have been a positive role model for all Deaf young people not only in Texas but throughout the United States.
